About Marina DE LIMA
Marina first stepped into a yoga studio over 15 years ago while working as a television producer in the fast-paced world of New York City. What began as a search for stress relief quickly became a path of profound self-discovery. Through her practice, Marina uncovered hidden parts of herself and found the courage to pursue her true dharma—devoting her life to sharing the joy, clarity, and inner truth yoga awakened in her.
Over the past decade, Marina has studied extensively across a wide range of disciplines, including Shamanism, Tantric and Daoist Philosophy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her teaching is a tapestry woven from years of dedicated training, immersive experiences, and a deep commitment to inner work. She is an E-RYT 500 certified teacher, known for her intelligent, creative sequencing and her ability to craft classes that are both soul-stirring and deeply grounding.
Marina’s offerings blend breath, movement, and sound to create ceremonial spaces for reflection, connection, and transformation. She curates each experience with intention, inviting students to explore their own path with courage and authenticity.
Her mission is to empower others to remember who they are, and to trust the voice within that leads them toward truth, freedom, and wholeness.
