About Wim Hof Method

The Wim Hof Method workshop will help you to increase your physical and mental strength in a safe and supportive group environment. It will be a transformational journey. 

Amongst the benefits of this method are higher energy levels, better sleep, improved concentration and especially a better mental resilience. You will develop a “challenge mindset” which will allow you to deal with stress and uncertainty effectively. One session includes an introduction to the Wim Hof Method with breathing exercises and an ice bath.
